1. When you are eligible for a plan, you will get an email inviting you to begin by creating your account with LINK. Continue to proceed to your unique account creation form.
2. Create your account with LINK by entering a password you will remember, and selecting your birthdate.
3. Enter your email address and password to login.
4. On your first login, you will be prompted to add a 2nd authentication factor. You have the option to use an authenticator app, a security key, or to add a phone number that can receive a code via SMS.
a. If you choose to use an authenticator app, you will be given a QR code that you can scan using the app. Once the QR code has been added, you will be able to enter the one-time code given by the authenticator app.
b. If you choose to add a phone number that can receive SMS, you can enter the number then input the code that is sent to the device.
c. If you choose to use a security key, follow the steps shown.
5. After completing those steps, you will provided a recovery code that you should store in case you ever need to login without your device.
6. After authentication, the system will log you into the member dashboard where you will see your available plans.
