Statements, Tax Receipts & Documents

Your LINK account provides access to account statements, tax receipts, and important plan documents — all available for download directly from your portal.

You can find these in the left-hand navigation menu under three separate sections: Statements, Tax Receipts, and Documents.


Statements

To view your plan account statements, click Statements in the navigation menu.

Your statements are displayed in a table showing the Plan Name, From Date, To Date, Run Date, and Validity. To download a statement, click the download icon in the Actions column.

Use the Table Settings button in the top-right corner to customize which columns are visible.

When are monthly statements available, and what information do they include?

Monthly statements are generated approximately 2 weeks after the end of each month. Statements will only reflect the contributions and transactions from the previous month.

For example: The mid-December monthly statement run will only include information for your November contributions — not any December contributions.


Tax Receipts

To view your tax receipts (such as RRSP contribution receipts), click Tax Receipts in the navigation menu.

Your tax receipts are displayed in a table showing the Receipt Name, Receipt Type, Plan Type, Tax Year, Language, Issue Date, and Validity. To download a receipt, click the download icon in the Actions column.

Use the Table Settings button in the top-right corner to customize which columns are visible.


Documents

To view plan-related documents such as your Investment Management Agreement, Privacy Policy, Declaration of Trust, and other legal documents, click Documents in the navigation menu.

Your documents are displayed in a table showing the Document Name, Document Type, Document Version, Language, and Completed Date. To download a document, click the download icon in the Actions column.

Use the Table Settings button in the top-right corner to filter or customize which columns are visible.
