1. Select Money Movement in the main navigation menu to transfer money or request a withdrawal (where applicable).
2. View any pre-existing requests in the main table, or select Create Request to move additional funds.
3. To request a withdrawal, choose the desired Plan from the menu and then choose Movement Type of Withdrawal. Select a Transaction Type, and Delivery Method of either EFT/Cheque. After entering an amount, a summary of the estimated fees and taxes will be displayed. To continue, click on Make Transaction.
4. Review the money movement document and complete by clicking Approve and Sign.
5. Agree to the outlined terms for the agreement.
6. Note that the request has been made and is now visible in the main Money Movement table. Withdrawals are typically processed and completed within 2 to 4 weeks of request.
To instead complete a transfer to another plan, fill out the appropriate forms outlined on screen and return to your administrator.
